Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
RYNU helps homeowners and professionals connect. RYNU is not the contractor, employer, insurer, licensing authority, payment guarantor, or party performing the work.
Using RYNU
You must provide accurate account and project information, use the service lawfully, respect other users, and protect your login. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or unrelated content. RYNU may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Projects and private information
Project descriptions, photos, videos, transcriptions, and approximate locations are shared only with relevant signed-in contractors during the project workflow. Homeowners choose whether to share contact information or an exact address. An exact address should be shared only through the private address-sharing workflow with the contractor selected for the project.
Professional responsibility
Professionals are responsible for accurately describing their services and credentials and for following every law, license, registration, permit, insurance, safety, tax, and contract requirement that applies to their work. Credentials are provided by the contractor unless RYNU clearly states that a specific item was actually verified.
RYNU does not guarantee, license, insure, endorse, or approve a contractor, the quality or legality of work, pricing, payment, scheduling, or project completion. Homeowners should independently evaluate professionals, verify applicable credentials, and use a written agreement.
Bids, agreements, and payments
Users decide whether to send or accept a bid. Any work agreement is between the homeowner and professional. RYNU may organize bids, messages, invoices, and project status, but does not hold funds or guarantee payment. Do not treat an in-app status as proof that money was transferred.
Media, voice, and automated tools
You must have permission to upload the content you submit. Voice tools may send audio for transcription, and project text or selected photos may be processed by automated tools for content checks. Review transcriptions and project details before submitting because automated results can be inaccurate.
Availability and responsibility
RYNU is provided on an evolving pilot basis. Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for your decisions, communications, agreements, property, work, and compliance obligations.
Questions and changes
RYNU may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email. Questions can be sent through Contact RYNU. See the Privacy Policy for information practices.
